Macaroons
2 Egg White room temperature
75g castor sugar
100g Icing Sugar
75g Almond powder
Beat egg whites as peak forms add sugar a little at a time.
Process almonds and icing sugar in a food processor to combine.
Fold almonds into whites, add color
Pipe onto tray - let sit out for 15 mins before baking.
Bake @ 150 degrees for 15-20 mins
